That has been one of Ted’s missions ever since becoming a real estate agent in 1995. After becoming an agent, Ted quickly rose to the level of broker, a title he enjoys to this day as broker/owner of Results Real Estate Professionals. Ted’s experience and knowledge of the real industry is not solely based on his time as a licensed real estate agent or broker, no Ted has had stretch in this industry going much farther. Ted began his real estate pursuits as residential and commercial escrow officer more than 30 years ago, where he was once the President of the Sacramento Valley Escrow Association. Taking that extensive knowledge of the real estate industry, Ted also taught several classes on the field of real estate marketing at the University of California, Davis Extension Department, during the 80's. These early years of teaching and training have aided Ted's career immensely, allowing him an unique insight to the real estate profession few can claim.
Since that time, Ted has closed over 4800 transactions and learned that personalized service is the key to good business. Remaining in communication with his clients throughout their interaction and being responsive to their needs, during what can be a stressful time, are all practices that Ted has employed to give the best personalized service for his clients. Practices that have also lead Ted into becoming an authority in buying or selling a home within the Sacramento area for the almost 15 years.

Such testaments are some of the many reasons Ted and his wife decided to remain in the Sacramento area after relocating here in 1971. With a reasonable cost of living and short driving distance from places like San Francisco and Tahoe, it’s little wonder the couple fell in love with their new home very shortly after their relocation. And these are qualities that Sacramento has retained to this very day; an affordable area to live and raise a family, employment opportunities that continue to grow every year, and a comfortable commute to other regions of California for either work or play.
